Rick Harp

Co-founder and president of the INDIGENA Creative Group, Rick offers more than two decades years media experience in journalism and communications.  A host/producer with the Aboriginal Peoples Television Network, CBC Radio, NCI-FM and CKCU-FM for many years, Rick has also served as Artistic Director for the Winnipeg Aboriginal Film Festival. He is a member of the Peter Ballantyne Cree Nation in northern Saskatchewan.

Marcel Balfour LLB

A former Chief of the Norway House Cree Nation in Manitoba and INDIGENA co-founder, Marcel is an experienced and accomplished leader in First Nations political and policy-making circles at both the provincial and national level. He offers extensive first-hand knowledge of legal and administrative issues and procedures facing reserve communities.
